In today’s Cup of Joy episode, I am chatting with my friend Jais Curry. Jais is a Food Freedom Coach dedicated to helping women end their obsession with food and quit yo-yo dieting for good. She became a Certified Life Coach in 2018 and started coaching women to reach their highest potential in career and life.

Something was still missing. As aligned as her business felt, Jais also knew she had been struggling with disordered eating for almost 20 years and she felt like a fraud showing up without healing her darkest secret. She began training under Samantha Skelly at Hungry for Happiness as a Food and Body Coach in 2019 and has completely revolutionized her relationship to her eating habits.

Today, she helps entrepreneurs overcome their struggle around food so they can focus on business, not their body, using her custom Food is Not a Fight Method.
